Western Housing Hike (Spring 2017)

Spring is in full bloom, and the housing market of the western United States is similarly flourishing. Over the past year, the housing market in the state of Washington grew by 12%, with Oregon and Colorado following close behind at around 10%. Growth on the coast has been a bit slower in comparison, but still tops the rest of the country in terms of consistency. California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Montana and Utah all saw between a 8 and 9% spike in the last 12 months.
