1Payments received by 3:00 pm CST on Monday - Friday are posted on the same day, excluding holidays. Payments made on non-business days, holidays, or after 3:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that payments made via ACH payment, otherwise known as automatic pay, through NASB is free and can be setup by competing the ACH setup form. The online loan payment service accommodates any loan currently maintained on our systems. When entering your account number, you do not need to include any spaces, dashes or other special characters. Any loan payoffs or loans that have been charged off may not be paid using this service. For payments to these accounts, please contact Loan Customer Service at 800-677-6272, option 5 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST).
