NASB recently provided $5,149,750 in financing to support ongoing development of Timber Ridge, a residential project located at Dean Avenue and Johnson Drive in Raymore, Missouri.
The financing includes the acquisition of 35 vacant, developed lots along with construction financing for six duplex buildings, supporting the next phase of residential development in the growing Raymore submarket. The project consists of bulk lot acquisitions, paired with new duplex construction, delivering thoughtfully planned housing to the area.
