NASB recently provided $3,000,000 in financing to support the construction of a new single-family residence in the distinguished Sunset Heights neighborhood of Prairie Village, Kansas.
The financing supports a new-construction spec home on a 1-acre lot in one of the most sought-after residential areas of the Kansas City metro. Structured to meet the needs of an active homebuilder, the transaction provides capital to bring a high-quality residential project to life in a highly desirable infill location.
