NASB recently provided $2,775,000 in development financing to support the continuation of Stonebridge Pointe, the 4th phase of development featuring 35 lots in Olathe, Kansas. 

The financing supports continued land development within the Stonebridge community, helping bring additional residential lots to one of the Kansas City metro area’s growing submarkets. Structured to meet the needs of an active developer, the transaction provides capital to advance infrastructure and site development for future single-family home construction.
