NASB recently provided $10,333,550 in financing to support single-family residential construction across multiple communities in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area.
The financing supports the construction of 18 new homes across several new home developments, including Stone Hill at Iron Horse Ranch, Anthem, and South Brook. Structured to meet the needs of an active homebuilder, the transaction provides capital to fund ongoing residential construction in growing submarkets throughout the region.
“Transactions like this demonstrate NASB’s ability to support builders with flexible, scalable financing solutions across multiple communities,” said Liza Kemma, Vice President and Construction Loan Officer at NASB.
This project highlights NASB's continued commitment to partnering with builders both within and beyond its immediate footprint, supporting residential SF construction financing in high-demand regions like Oklahoma City.
