NASB recently provided $3,548,750 in financing to support single-family residential construction in the Presley Reserve community in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
The financing supports the construction of 8 new homes in Presley Reserve, a residential neighborhood that offers a mix of affordable and upscale homes. Structured to meet the needs of an active homebuilder, the transaction provides capital to fund ongoing vertical construction in a growing Tulsa-area submarket.
“Transactions like this demonstrate NASB’s ability to support builders with flexible financing solutions that help bring new housing inventory to growing communities,” said Liza Kemna, Vice President and Construction Loan Officer at NASB.
This project highlights NASB’s continued commitment to partnering with builders both within and beyond its immediate footprint, supporting single-family residential construction in high-demand communities throughout the Southwest, like Broken Arrow.
