NASB recently provided $67,000,000 in total financing to support the development and construction of Parkview Apartments, a multifamily residential community in Olathe, Kansas.
The financing supported a multi-year project that began in 2020 and culminated this summer with the issuance of final certificates of occupancy. The completed community includes 15 buildings with 368 apartment homes, along with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and cabana, basketball court, walking trails, and a central park/outdoor common area.
