NASB recently provided $8,485,618 in financing to support the Phase 2 construction of a build-to-rent development within the Bloom subdivision, a 230-acre master planned community in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The financing supports the construction of 8 buildings totaling 32 rental units within the thriving community. Residents of the Bloom subdivision enjoy access to a clubhouse, walking trails, parks, and a swimming pool, making it one of the most amenity-rich rental communities in the Fort Collins market.

"NASB is proud to support the growth of the Bloom community with financing for Phase 2 of this build-to-rent development in Fort Collins," said Liza Kemna, Vice President and Construction Loan Officer at NASB. "We're always looking to team up with the right builders and developers to bring this kind of growth to Northern Colorado."

This project is part of NASB's broader strategy to expand its homebuilder lending program into fast-growing markets, backing experienced builders and developers as they bring communities like Bloom to life.
