NASB recently provided $4,822,000 in financing to support the construction of Mission Vale Townhomes, a new build-to-rent (BTR) residential community in Mission, Kansas.
The financing supported the construction of 19 BTR townhome units in the heart of Mission, with convenient access to local shopping, dining, and nearby employment centers. The project has been completed, and all units are fully leased, reflecting strong demand for quality rental housing in the Kansas City market.
