You will not have to download a new app. The update will occur automatically, and you may be asked to reenter your login credentials, which will remain the same. You will also have to reset login biometrics (face-scan/fingerprint recognition).
No, Secure Messaging is not available in the mobile app, but it can be accessed 24/7 using the desktop version of Online Banking. Go to nasb.com/contact to send a secure message or form.
Yes, Bill Pay is still included in NASB Online Banking, but you may be required to re-enter your login credentials. All bill payment information will transfer during the mobile app upgrade.
No, there is no limit to the number of accounts you can connect in NASB Online Banking.
Yes, external transfers will not be affected by the enhancements. You may be required to re-enter your login credentials upon your first login attempt. All external transfer information will transfer during the mobile app upgrade.
The Spending feature is still there, but under its new name “Finance.” Money Tracker is housed under the Finance tab. Accompanying Money Tracker is Money Insights, a tool that gives you a detailed look at your income and expenses.
You can find your account number in the account detail in the mobile app. NASB's routing number is 301071631 and can be found in the footer on nasb.com.
External account connections are reliant on your external financial services provider. Any connection issues must be communicated with your financial institution for resolution.
No, although you can connect accounts from other institutions, outside accounts are not eligible for internal transfers. You will still have to go through the process of an External Transfer to move money between external accounts and NASB.
