The Good Neighbor Program helps promote home ownership in under-served areas of the Kansas City community. 1

The Good Neighbor Discount Program is available for properties located in low-to-moderate income census tracts in the following counties: (Missouri): Buchanan, Cass, Clay, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte. (Kansas): Johnson, Wyandotte. This program includes no NASB lender fees, plus a lender credit for a pricing   discount or closing cost assistance.

Minimum   loan amount of $175,000 required to apply. Exceptions to the minimum loan amount threshold include mortgage products for secured by properties located within the Greater Kansas City metro and surrounding areas. Contact a NASB Loan Officer for more details on the specific areas and/or zip codes excluded. 

1Specific geographic restrictions apply. The Good Neighbor Discount Program is available for conventional conforming, FHA and VA refinance and purchase transactions. This program is available for owner-occupied, second homes and investment properties. This program is not eligible on portfolio products. Eligibility for the discount and features of the Good Neighbor Programs is separate from loan approval, which is still required.
