I want to take a few minutes to thank NASB for the great service I have received in the recent IRRL closing on my home. Joey Hartegan had been the driver of the process from the get go. Joey has been accessible, knowledgeable and professional in all of our interactions. That said, he has most importantly, been a great person and a true advisor in all of our interactions. The first dealings I had with Joey were during a refinance that we did in 2018. He was great to work with, on top of his game, personable and totally committed to a successful closing. The closing went off without a hitch. I stayed in contact with Joey, mainly because he is a great guy and we had similar values. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a promo for the IRRL and sent him a message about it. Long story short, we worked the closing in record time (by my standards). I now have a much better mortgage deal and given our current national situation that is no small matter. I spent my entire career working in a customer service environment at major companies. My work in the Mergers and Acquisitions area of HP gave me a keen sense of what it takes to provide top notch customer service.
